To celebrate the long heralded debut of the Atlas series, Discovery undertook a series of massive screenings and parties around the country. These included the Arc Light Theater in LA and the historic AFI theater in Silver Spring, with a multi-country decor party at Discovery Headquarters.

 

Quality of image was the order of the day for the parties and especially the screenings where the highest quality projection imaginable added to the beauty of this groundbreaking series.
