Seven years in the making, “Live from the ISS” was the first ever live High Definition downlink from space. This historic 30 minute program included live conversations with the astronauts aboard the ISS and incredible HD footage both inside and outside the station.

 

In addition to being a Discovery HD Theater exclusive, the broadcast was shown live on several large screens in NY’s Times Square.
